Virtual Check-in
Social distancing measures are very important and we’ll have you check-in via phone once you arrive and then wait in your car until we are ready. We ask that you attend your appointment alone as we are minimizing the number of people in the office. We’ll provide more details during appointment booking.
COVID-19 Safety measures
As healthcare providers, our infection control measures have always been very strict. We are well-versed in infection control protocols and always maintain high standards.
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff and have enhanced these procedures in accordance with recommendations from the College of Dental Surgeons of BC, the BC Centre for Disease Control and WorkSafe BC.
Screening of patients and staff (daily) will be done to ensure everyone is healthy when entering the office.
Anyone exhibiting symptoms will be asked to stay home as per government guidelines. Please do not come to the office without a booked appointment.
Staff will be wearing enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes face shields, fit-tested masks, gowns and caps, depending on the procedure.
We’ve enhanced our procedures in the treatment rooms as well as the reception and common areas. All magazines and toys have been removed.
